This is a waterproof, smudge proof, full coverage Brow Pomade. This intensifying creamy texture creates full coverage for high fashion. Perfect for filling gaps and creating full brows for long lasting all day wear.

What it does:
Delivers 100% coverage and is waterproof. High fashion – great for oily skin, humid climates and will last all day. Apply a few millimetres into the brow and follow to the tail for intense colour, then blend front of brow.

Tips & Tricks:

• Using Garbo & Kelly Brow Guides, apply 1cm into brow and then follow through to tails, blend the beginning of your brow.
• For a more defined finish outline with Garbo & Kelly Brow Perfection Pencil.

• Use Brow Brush to apply and create the look.
• Lift and open the eye with highlighter from our Master of Illumination Palette
