The Garbo & Kelly Brow Perfection Pencil is a professional-grade, water-resistant brow pencil designed for precise, natural-looking definition. Long-wearing and humidity-proof, ideal for Australian climates. Vegan and cruelty-free. Available in 6 shades to suit all brow tones.

What it does:
Water resistant and long-wearing, ideal for humid climates and oily skin. Features an ultra-fine micro tip for precise, hair-like strokes that create realistic, natural-looking brows. Perfect for achieving a defined line along the brow, covering scars and sparse patches, and building definition from scratch.

Enriched with Vitamin E to nourish skin and brow hair. Apply Brow Powder or Brow Pomade on top to fill and enhance, then finish with Brow Gel for all-day hold.
